And from what we see, it shouldn't cost that much more than the Aerox we already have here
Yamaha has launched a special version of the NMax 155 maxi-scooter in Taiwan. Christened the WGP (World GP) 60th Edition, it bears the brand’s iconic red ‘speed block’ design on a white background. Additionally, the front fender has been painted bright red, with a touch of gold on the front and rear wheels and a dab of yellow on the front apron alongside the flyscreen rounding off the look.
Now, many scooters in India get race-inspired livery, like the Race Edition colourway on the Suzuki Avenis, which resembles the Team Suzuki Ecstar MotoGP livery. You may recall the Yamaha Aerox 155, the NMax 155’s racier sibling which is on sale here, also got Yamaha’s MotoGP-derived Monster Energy livery for a short while before it got sold out. Besides, the XSR155, on sale in Indonesia, also got the same livery as the NMax.

Now, as with most colour scheme specials, this special-edition NMax 155 stays mechanically unchanged, making the same 15PS at 8000rpm and 13.9Nm at 6500rpm as the India-spec Aerox 155. That said, the Aerox 155 still holds the title of the most powerful mass-produced scooter to hit the Indian roads, so there’s not much to complain about on the performance front here.
