Indian Scout Sixty Announced For India

Indian motorcycles has announced the Scout Sixty for India. The bike will be offered with 3 colour options viz. Thunder Black, Indian Motorcycle Red and Pearl White. Indian is expected to price the bike at Rs 11.99 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi) and it will be available from July, 2016 onwards.

Indian Motorcycle revealed the Scout Sixty at EICMA 2015 in November last year. The bike slides in below the Scout and is powered by a 999cc, liquid-cooled, four-valve, V-Twin engine that produces over 78PS of power and 89Nm of torque. The motor is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. For reference, the regular Scout has a 1,131 cc, V-twin engine that puts out around 100PS of power and 97.7Nm of torque. It also gets a 6-speed gearbox.
