Both the naked bikes come with a new TFT console, switchgear and updated features from the Gen-3 KTM 390 Duke
KTM India has recently launched the updated 200 Duke and 250 Duke, which now get a new TFT instrument cluster, switchgear and updated features from the KTM 390 Duke along with a small premium. The Duke 200 now costs Rs 2,03,412 and the Duke 250 is priced at Rs 2,45,115 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).
Here’s a detailed analysis of what new features both the bikes get:
A new 5-inch TFT console from the KTM 390 Duke, enhances the cockpit view and brings in more features to both the KTM bikes. Both these bikes also get the updated 4-way menu switchgear to help navigate through the new TFT instrument cluster.
KTM 200 Duke
The new TFT console on the 2024 KTM 200 Duke has also brought in updated features including turn-by-turn navigation and day/night display modes for the cluster. Already existing features on the bike include call/SMS alerts, headset pairing and a switchable supermoto ABS mode.
The 200 Duke also got a new Metallic Silver colour scheme with the latest update. The bike now comes in three colours including, the existing Electric Orange and Dark Galvano colours.
The 200cc naked bike remains the same in terms of engine, mechanics and hardware. It gets the same 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes a peak output of 25PS at 10,000rpm and 19.3Nm at 8,000rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox, but misses out on a slip-and-assist clutch.
KTM 250 Duke
The new TFT instrument cluster of the 2024 KTM 250 Duke brings in both turn-by-turn navigation and display modes. Plus, it also gets a bi-directional quickshifter as standard, two ride modes: Street and Track and a lap timer as well . Other existing features on the bike include call/SMS alerts, headset pairing, a type-C charging port, ride-by-wire throttle, and a switchable supermoto ABS mode.
Its engine and underpinnings also remain unchanged. The bike has a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that delivers 31PS at 9,250rpm and 25Nm at 7,250rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch as standard.
