Recently, Mahindra Two-Wheelers launched a stripped-down version of its top selling motorcycle- Centuro Rockstar to boost its sales. Now, the company is ready to launch its entry level commuter- Arro during this festive season in India. The company is already selling the bike in Uganda with an ex-showroom price tag of UGX 29,90,000 (Kampala), which is approx Rs. 70,147 (according to the current exchange rates).
Mahindra Arro is a bike especially made for commercial usage in Africa and has all the features that make it a true partner in progress. Its strong double cradle chassis construction, durable body colored metallic front fender and 5-step adjustable rear shock absorbers make the Arro stronger.
Powering the Mahindra Arro is the same 106.7cc MCi-5 engine, which does duty in the Centuro and Pantero with an output of 8.5bhp. A comfortable petrol tank pad before an extra-long seat, bigger round headlamp and stylish LED tail lamp make it safer. It comes with an analog console, flexible blinkers, aerodynamic 13.7 liter fuel tank with aircraft type fuel filler cap & tubular carrier cum grab rail.
Mahindra has priced the latest Centuro Rockstar at just Rs. 45,221 (ex, Jaipur). So, it is expected that the company will keep the price of Arro very competitive in India which should be around Rs. 39,000 (ex, Delhi).
