The BS6 Mojo 300 gets three exciting new liveries along with the standard shade of black. here’s our take on what suits the Mojo 300 best
We had pretty much written off the Mahindra Mojo since we hadn’t heard of it receiving BS6 updates even after the deadline. But from the looks of it, the bike still has some fight left in it. The BS6 iteration is here and comes with three new liveries apart from the standard shade of black. While we aren’t the biggest fans of the way the Mojo looks, the new colours do manage to breathe some life into the bike. And here’s what we think suits the bike best.
Black Pearl: The most sober of them all and quite boring, to be honest. Only choose this colour if you’re currently dealing with a midlife crisis.
Garnet Black: The red highlights on the frame, swingarm and wheels add some flair but still aren’t enough to win us over. Moving on then...
Ruby Red:
The contrast red on the fuel tank is eye-catching but it also draws your attention to the bike's disproportionate headlight. Something that wasn’t as prominent in the other two colours. We do, however, like the touch of red on the grab handles and the wheels. Not all that bad overall.
Red Agate:
If we were you, we’d choose this: the Red Agate. It’s the most palatable paint scheme of the lot. The mix of red and black on the headlight cowl makes it look a bit sleeker. The same goes for the tank and tank extensions. However, we believe some red rim tapes would have completed the overall look of the bike. Nonetheless, that’s something you could still add as an aftermarket accessory.
Also, Mahindra could have used the same red grab handles from the previous colour scheme here instead of a red tail which looks like a certain primeapes backside.
