Not only Mahindra 4 wheelers, even Mahindra Bikes in India are appreciated among the Indian buyers. And Mahindra two wheelers acquired around 80% stakes over the well-known Kinetic Motor Company Ltd in the year of 2008 and by far the firm is flourishing in the scooter sector. Till now this firm has launched 4 models in its scooter segment, which include in Duro, Kine, Flute and Rodeo. Following this, in the year of 2010, Mahindra two wheelers made its debut in the motorcycle sector with Mahindra Stallio, which is endorsed by none other than Mr. Aamir Khan. But even after aggressive promotion, the bike was not much appreciated by the people then. And now, Mahindra two wheelers have plan to re-launch Mahindra Stallio to remind India that it is still up in the market.

However, the main reasons why this bike faced a downfall as soon as it was launched was its technical issues, which included rough gearbox, excessive vibrations from engine, and some more. Now, Mahindra has worked on all the technical issues and is ready to re-launch Mahindra Stallio by the end of 2011. Also, Mahindra has full confidence in this project and don’t plan to stop the production of Stallio in any case.

As per MD and VC of Mahindra Group, Mr. Anand Mahindra, till now the 2 wheeler business for Mahindra has been doing pretty well. As far as the Mahindra Stallio is concerned, the facelift to it will surely make it much more appealing than earlier. He also told media that Mahindra could have launched an absolutely new bike rather than re-launching Stallio, but the quality of the product is the prime focus of Mahindra.

The re-launch idea tingled in Mahindra’s mind, when it saw that hardly 5181 units of Stallio were sold in the country since it was launched. Mahindra two wheelers us also planning to introduce Mahindra Mojo 300cc, which will make its appearance during the Stallio’s launch slated in 2011’s end.
