More on New Yamaha YZF R15

The rumours about the New Yamaha YZF R15 by Yamaha Bikes is still playing the guess game with the Indian bike lovers. As it has already came to our that it would be the facelifted version of the present Yamaha YZF R15. According to the recent speculations it has come to our notice that this bike might have much higher capacity engine than the earlier one. On the basis of the rumours we can say that this new facelifted version of Yamaha YZF R15 has cosmetic upgrade. This stylish bike might have bigger rear tyre with larger section and due to which this bike could have higher capacity engine that will displace 170cc of even 200cc to maintain the performance edge. The new graphics, and a modified front fairing will be added attractions for prospective customers for this bike.

Looking at the images we can say that the New Yamaha YZF R15 has given a skip to the single continuous seat and is expected to come up with a rear elevated split seat that gives this bike a sportier look. There is still no particular information regarding the power, price etc. of this new Yamaha Bike but we can assume that the company would surely direct its attention towards it price and would make it competitive to ensure good sales.

Yamaha bikes are the first ones in the India in terms of introducing the cutting edge tech to the mainstream bike customer. But now there are competitions for Yamaha in the market mainly from Honda CBR250R which has attracted the Indian bikers and has made a very firm grip on the sports bike segment in India. Presently the launch date and price of this new model of Yamaha are not known. There are also rumours that Yamaha might launch this new bike in Auto Expo 2012 and till then make it a suspense for the Indian people.
