The company will also offer free charging till June 2022
Ola Electric has finally begun working on its ambitious charging network across the country since its first charging station came up in October 2021. Furthermore, the company has announced that the charging network will be free for customers till June 2022.
The Ola Electric Hypercharger is being set up at Bharat Petroleum fuel pumps across prime locations and residential complexes. Ola intends to make these operational in the next six to eight weeks and add over 4000 points over the next year.

Ola’s decision to provide free fast charging till June 2022 doesn’t come as a surprise, considering Ather Energy also extended its free charging period to June. While Ola Electric S1’s deliveries have commenced, the e-scooter lacks some features, which the company has promised to provide as part of an OTA update.
Ola Electric plans to install 1 lakh EV charging stations across 400 cities in the country. While the home charger will juice up your Ola in over six hours, the fast charger cuts the charging time to a little over four hours and promises 50 percent charge in just 18 minutes.
