Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin

The Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin obviously looks a bit similar to the Royal Enfield Classic 350. It comes with a similar headlight setup, headlight hood, round indicators, mirrors, fenders, fork covers and tank shape as its smaller sibling. Moreover, the two-piece seat, side panels, rear section, tail light and spoke wheels are also identical. However, the 650cc roadster comes with dual peashooter exhausts.

The Classic 650 Twin will be equipped with the same 648cc, air-/oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine as the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. We expect the bike to have a similar output of around 47.6PS and 52Nm, but tuned differently.

We expect the Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin to be launched around October 2024. The bike is likely to be priced at around Rs 3.2 lakh (ex-showroom). It will then rival the upcoming BSA Gold Star and Kawasaki Z650RS.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 350

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 also looks very similar to the Classic 350 from the front, but has a mini ape hanger handlebar instead of a simple steel tube handlebar. The test bike also has leg guards like the Classic 350. At the rear, the bobber gets a similar pillion seat as the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, which is likely to be removable.

The Shotgun 350 will likely be powered by the same 349.34cc, air-/oil-cooled, single-cylinder,  J-series engine as the Classic 350, which makes 20.2PS and 27Nm on the latter. However, the bobber is expected to have a different tune to suit its nature and characteristics.

Likely to launch around in the coming months, the Shotgun 350 is expected to be priced at around Rs 2.2 lakh (ex-showroom) mark. It will rival the likes of the Jawa Perak Bobber and Jawa 42 Bobber.
