Terra Kiwami, First electric superbike launched in India

Today, Terra Motors, the famous Japanese electric brand has rolled out the first card from its pack, Kiwami, which is the prime electric superbike for India. It was a recent news, that an electric superbike by the company is heading to India but today, the bike has been launched and is priced at Rs.18 lakh. With the release of an e-superbike, Terra Motors have also made its debut in the Indian market.

Terra Kiwami is powered with smart battery, that gives you a feel of a 1000cc machine. The motor of this machine generates the top power of 13.41BHP. The battery of the bike will be charged in 6 hours and will avail a run of about 200km. The top speed of the machine is 160kmph.

Commenting on the foray of the company in India, Mr. Toru Tokushige, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ï¼?Founder of Terra Motors said, “India is the second largest producer of two-wheelers in the world. Hence it is an important market in our strategic growth plan and we intend to invest Rs. 300 million in the Indian market next fiscal year.
