Terra Motors A4000i- an electric scooter at IAE

Terra Motors after launching its first Indian electric suberbike has displayed its iconic electric scooter, Terra A4000i. This is a special scooter, that is the prime scooter in the whole world having afirst wireless, smartphone-connected e-scooter. The company has also planned to bring its three-wheeler in the Indian market.

Terra Motors after getting a great response in the Vietnam market for A4000i, they decided to bring this machine in India and today they are displaying this scooter at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo (IAE). The company has also planned to sell 1 lakh units of this scooter before the year 2015 and they are emphasizing on the South Asian countries for it. 

Terra motors have fitted this scooter with a removable 48V40Ah Lithium Battery, that gives a lifetime running for about 50,000km. This battery takes about 4.5 hours to get fully charged. Once the battery is charged, it will make the scooter run up to 65km. The battery will also help the rider to connect their iPhones (2nd generation and above) with the vehicle. 

Terra A4000i is designed for two, with the overall dimensions of 1790mm x 750mm x 1230mm (l x w x h). The gross weight of this vehicle is 118kg while having the wheelbase measurement of 1280mm. The minimum ground clearance of the two-wheeler is 140mm and seat height is 750mm.

Brakes at the front and rear are disc type, loaded on a Front 120/70-12 inch tyre and Rear 130/60-13 inch tyre.
