Top 5 Best-Selling Bikes In April 2022: Hero Splendor, Honda Shine And More

The Hero Splendor retains the title of the best selling motorcycle

The SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) has released its data for the month of April 2022, as well as the details of the bikes and scooters sales for this month. So here are the top five best selling bikes in India in April 2022.

Retaining its number one bestseller position for another month, the Hero Splendor has sold a healthy 2,34,084 units, far ahead of its rivals, and has witnessed a monthly growth of 4.15 percent as compared to March 2022. 

The Hero HF Deluxe retained a similar sales figure as March. However, It has been replaced as the second best selling bike by the Honda Shine for April. The Shine has stepped up from the third position with a 10.7 percent increase in monthly sales. Despite being more expensive than the HF Deluxe, the Honda Shine has managed to outsell it.

The fourth and fifth spots are occupied by Bajaj Auto with the Pulsar and the Platina, respectively. While the Pulsar has witnessed a 16 percent monthly sales growth, the Platina’s sales have increased by a huge margin of 45 percent. Moreover, the Platina has also witnessed a 10.8 percent year-on-year growth in the month of April 2022.
