From launches to updates and spy shots, this week had a lot to offer!

This first week of 2024  was quite exciting; We witnessed new launches, updates and some spy shots of upcoming models. If you weren’t able to keep up with the news, don’t worry we’ve got you covered:

Royal Enfield Updates

Royal Enfield updated the pricing of the recently launched Himalayan 450, the introductory pricing which was offered after the launch has now been revised and now all variants of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 are more expensive by a substantial amount. The manufacturer also revealed the prices of some accessories that the Himalayan will get. To know about the new prices and accessories, check out our story here. 

Another update from Royal Enfield was the introduction of two new colour schemes for the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. The new colours are called Dapper G and Dapper O and they look fantastic.

EV Launches: Ather Apex and Bajaj Chetak

The Ather 450X and Ather 450S have been popular for offering a good package of reliability and performance but now the Ather Energy has taken things to the next level with the launch of their all new Ather 450 Apex. The new scooter is nothing like anything we have seen before and packs quite the punch. Read all about the details here in our launch story.

The Bajaj Chetak is a commuter electric scooter and theonly EV offering from Bajaj right now, and the brand has launched a more premium variant of the same. The new variant comes with performance upgrades, new features and a lot more functionalities, from a new powerpack to a brand new TFT display. Here are all the updates.

Kawasaki Eliminator Launched

Kawasaki has launched the Kawasaki Eliminator in India and this marks the return of the Eliminator nameplate after two decades. The bike features a modern cruiser design and is powered by a liquid-cooled engine which produces 45PS and 42.6Nm. It will face competition from the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 but the pricing of the Eliminator doesn’t make this competition a close one.

Aprilia Tuono 457 Spotted Testing

The Aprilia Tuono 457 is an upcoming sporty naked based on the Aprilia RS 457 and this week it was spotted testing in Europe. The test bike looked far from finished but we were able to make out a lot of important details about the bike including its underpinnings and a few other things. Read all about it here.

Ampere NXG Electric Scooter Spied Testing.

The Ampere NXG is an upcoming electric scooter and a more premium offering from Ampere. It was spied testing this week and judging by the images, we have been able to get a better idea of what to expect with this e-scooter.
