The streak of launches doesn’t seem to end this year. New motorcycles and scooters dominated this week’s news, but we saw a couple of other interesting developments too:
Suzuki Avenis Launched
Suzuki has introduced a sporty sibling of the Access 125 and the Burgman Street. The new scooter packs a bunch of features and will take on the TVS NTorq 125. Find all the details about the scooter in this story.
Yamaha R15S V3 Launched
Weeks after we broke the news of the YZF-R15S’ revival, Yamaha launched the “practical” iteration of the supersport in the form of the R15S V3. The bike has been priced exactly the same as the R15 V3, at Rs 1.57 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) which makes it around Rs 13,200 more affordable than the R15 V4, which recently received its first price hike after its launch.
Hero MotoCorp Confirms Its First E-scooter, Files Trademark For A New Sub-brand
After giving a glimpse during its 10-year anniversary event, Hero MotoCorp has confirmed the arrival of its first e-scooter. In fact, this scooter could possibly be launched under a completely new sub-brand for which the Indian two-wheeler giant has filed as many as six trademarks.
