Yamaha Motor India showcased an under production model of Yamaha YZF-25 at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo and it brought to life a whole new model that was as sporty as the old one. Yamaha YZF-R25 houses a blissful 249cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, in-line two-cylinder mill that is mated with a six-speed manual transmission. The most atrocious part of the motor is that it is tuned to generate a maximum power of 36PS at 12000rpm with a peak torque value of 22.6Nm at 10000rpm. The values are unmatched in its segment as well as there is no other machine that stands near these powerful figures.

Incorporated with die casting aluminum-silicon cylinders, the engine weighs less plus dissipation of heat gets better. Moreover, latest analysis technology has been used to improve the mechanism in the combustion chamber, which is simultaneously done along with maximizing the engine's air-fuel mixture. 

The lightweight frame of the Yamaha YZF-R25 helps it attain mass centralization that leads to enhanced handling and control. The maker of the bike has equipped the suspension system with telescopic front forks and mono-cross rear suspension. To make the machine an eye-grabber the designer has blessed it with dual predator head light, aluminum cast wider wheel plus tyre, mid ship sporty muffler, smart split seat, hydraulic discs for front and rear, catchy LED tail light and attractive analog plus digital instrumentation.
