The entire range sees a price revision of Rs 800
- This is the second price hike in a span of three months.
- Yamaha has also increased prices of the FZ-Fi range.
Yamaha’s commuter segment just got a bit more expensive. Among motorcycles, you’ll have to pay more for the FZ-Fi range. As for scooters, both the Fascino 125 and Ray ZR 125 have received a price hike. They’ll now set you back by an additional Rs 800 which is applicable across the range. This is the second price increase in a span of just three months, you can read about it here. The new price list along with the price difference is mentioned below.
All prices ex-showroom, Delhi*
Thankfully, the new prices are just a stone's throw away from the older one. On the flipside, the extra dough doesn’t really get you anything. These scooters are bone stock. We could, however, expect Yamaha to offer Bluetooth-enabled consoles on the Fascino 125 and the Ray ZR 125 in the near future, as it did with the FZS-Fi Dark Night edition.
These constant increments, although small, are pushing the costs of two-wheelers beyond the average Joe’s reach and this is something manufacturers really need to note. We hope this is the last of the price hikes for a while at least.
