Himalayan is not the top container in every category but it is the close second to tackle all terrain and it is a huge improvement over the past Himalayan since it lakh in the power and speed department but royal Enfield has it covered now with their new 450 cc single cylinder dual overhead camshaft engine they have even price it very competitively against its competition such as adventure KTM and Honda X Pulse.

- Reliable Adventure Companion with few Limitation. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been my best choice I ever made as someone who loves adventure rides. The 450cc engine is strong and smooth, handling highways, rough trails, and steep climbs without an hardship. In my opinion, suspension is a blessing as it is the best thing about this bike which makes bumpy rides so much easier; the upright seating posture means I can ride for hours without having thought of taking break. The navigation on the digital console and the bright LED lights are thoughtful touches that make long rides more enjoyable. But, like any bike, it's not perfect. There are some voids like mileage, it's around 28-32 which could have been better, especially in city conditions. It's weight can be felt heavier when parking or maintaining balance in tough trails. Apart from that, at higher speed it starts vibrating which can be annoying on highways, however, this issue is common for this price range bikes. Even seat cushioning wise is not of better quality. Overall, I find this bike as best among it's competetors and it has all three comfort, power and reliability.Read MoreWas this review helpful?
- Genius reviewIt has great suspension and easily to go any where and we can climb over mountains and rivers easily . Mileage is quite good enough for long distances and for the people who often travel it is very good choice for the in the first row. It has many features in it. In cold places we don't have to face issues of engine cooling and it will start immediately .Read MoreWas this review helpful?
- Himalayan 450 after driving for more than 6 monthsThis is one of the best bikes to ride when the road conditions are not good. Comfort is the main point in this. Mileage is around 23 in city and 30 in highway. One big drawback for city comuttor is the engine heat but it is expected in 450 cc bike segment. New engine is more refined and good to rideRead MoreWas this review helpful?
- The clutch is surprisingly lightThe clutch is surprisingly light and kindly on my fingers and wrist . This makes my long commute a lot more bearable. Strong braking. Finally I rely heavy on the brakes for a quick commute . Not so much interms of using them excessively. The Royal Enfield Himalayan is quite an adventure motorcycle !Read MoreWas this review helpful?
