Honda XL750 Transalp Summary
After multiple spy shots and endless rumours, Honda has finally unveiled the XL750 Transalp at EICMA 2022. This marks Honda’s return to the middleweight ADV segment.
It’s powered by Honda’s newest 755cc parallel twin engine making 91.7PS and 75Nm. The motor is paired to a six-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch. The ADV is suspended on a 43mm Showa USD fork with 200mm suspension travel and a monoshock with 190mm of wheel travel. For braking, it gets two 310mm discs up front and a single 256mm disc at the rear, with the safety of dual channel ABS, which you can also switch off while off-roading.
The XL750 Transalp rolls on 21-/19-inch spoke wheels wrapped in dual-purpose tyres and has a solid ground clearance of 210mm. In terms of features, it is equipped with all-LED lighting, a TFT instrument console with smartphone and voice connectivity. It also boasts of a slew of electronics including traction control, four ride modes and one user-customisable ride mode.
While its India launch is uncertain as of now, it could be priced around the Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom) mark, and will go up against the Triumph Tiger 900, BMW F 850 GS and the upcoming Suzuki V-Strom 800DE once here.

- You want it take it
That was very difficult machine awesome This bike make me crazy and something special to me yeah am okay with that.
- Slightly over priced but it's a HONDA.
I have been riding for 10 months almost. Pros: light weight, excellent engine. Cons: no tubeless, maintenance is kind of high now as HONDA has increased the service cost which is almost equal to BMW now. May be we save some money in spareparts. Rest all on the higher side.Read More
