Honda says the CUV e has similar power as a 110cc petrol-powered scooter. The electric motor makes 6kW of peak output linked to two removable 1.3kWh battery packs. It claims to deliver a 70km range on a single charge and has a top speed of 80kmph. Featurewise, it gets a 7-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity, navigation, an all-LED lighting setup, a USB-C charging port, three riding modes, a reverse mode and more.

Honda XL750 Transalp

The 2025 Honda XL750 Transalp now features a new front design which is inspired by the new Africa Twin, with a similar dual-LED projector headlamp. It also gets new side fairings, making it look slightly more muscular than before. The XL750 Transalp also gets new suspension settings, which enhances its off-road capabilities and stability on bad roads. The same updates may be carried out to the India-spec Transalp as well.

Honda V3 Engine Concept

Honda also showcased a new V3 engine concept at the EICMA 2024. Mainly developed for bigger bikes, the slim and compact 75-degree V3, liquid-cooled, engine features an electric compressor for motorcycles. The electric compressor allows the control of intake air compression independently of engine rpm. This provides responsive torque across the full rpm range. The electric compressor also allows flexible component layout and efficient mass centralisation within the limited space of a motorcycle.
