2011 Bajaj Discover launched

Bajaj Auto, India's second largest two-wheeler manufacturer has launched 2011 variant of its flagship 100cc bike model-Bajaj Discover. The new variant of Bajaj Discover now comes with new graphics and appearance.

After Hero Honda Splendor; Bajaj Discover is the most selling bike in the Indian market. And around 40 lakh units of the bike is being sold by the company. Now this new variant of the Bajaj Discover 100cc comes with innovative multicolor decals and it is available in two options such as Gold Green and Red Magenta. Both the colours are very attractive and look better than old variant. This new 2011 Bajaj Discover 100 sports multi color decal that add glamour to its looks.

The Bajaj Discover is available in two variants such as Bajaj Discover 100 and Bajaj Discover 150. Both the variants are getting buzz response from market. This new 2011 variant of Bajaj Discover comes with same engine as the old one. This 100cc variant of the bike is powered by the 94.38cc, 4-Stroke, Single Cylinder, Air-Cooled, DTS-Si (Dual Twin Spark Swirl Induction) engine with five speed manual transmission (all down gear shift pattern). The engine of the bike generates top  power of 7.7PS at 7500rpm with 7.85Nm of peak torque at 5000 rpm. The DTS-Si technology used in the bike makes it fuel efficient in as it gives around 80 KMPL.

Bajaj Auto is also reported to launch a new bigger Bajaj Pulsar by the end of the year.
