While online bookings can’t be made, a few dealers seem to have limited stock though
Aprilia India has pulled the plug on the Storm 125 merely three years after the product was launched in our market. You cannot book the scooter through the bikemaker’s official website any longer, however, some dealers are selling the remaining inventory.
This development comes just a month after Aprilia announced that the disc brake variant of the scooter would no longer be made available.
The Aprilia Storm 125 was the most affordable scooter from the Italian brand in India. Despite that, the scooter didn’t rake in good sales when compared with other 125cc offerings in India.

Aprilia even tried to woo customers by introducing a front disc brake. Further, to make it stand apart from the SR 125, Aprilia gave it chunkier dual-purpose tyres and unique livery. But, it was neither the quickest in its class nor as engaging as the TVS NTorq 125 which didn’t make it an enticing proposition.
With the Storm 125 gone, the SR 125 is the most affordable Aprilia scooter on sale right now which is priced at Rs 1.21 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). This is considerably more expensive than the TVS NTorq 125 Race XP which is the most powerful 125cc scooter on sale now in India.
