Bajaj Auto might launch new bike in April

Bajaj Auto is reported to launch a new bike by the month of April this year. The company might launch Bajaj Pulsar 250 cc in the market. Apart from that the company is going to spread its wings across India by opening 130 new dealerships outlets.

Bajaj Auto's eyes is on to get number one position in Indian two-wheeler market after splitting of Hero and Honda Group. It is expected that it will increase Bajaj Pulsar series with launch of Pulsar 250cc.

At present, the company, in domestic market, is reported 15 per cent sales growth of all vehicles while 11 per cent growth in bike sales. Bajaj Auto's Bajaj Pulsar and Bajaj Discover are the flagship bike models which are giving amazing growth to the company. These models are also being exported in the overseas market.

With the launch of 130 new dealers, Bajaj Auto wants to cross Hero Honda and TVS which are having 750 and 700 dealers, respectively. The company hopes to sell out 200,000 bikes in domestic market by the month of January this year and more than 80,000 in exports.

Presently, Bajaj Auto is working on 250cc bike to compete with Honda CBR 250R which is most popular bike in India while Yamaha also has announced the 250cc bike.
