Bajaj, Harley-Davidson and Royal Enfield to Miss 2016 Auto Expo

The city of Greater Noida is all set to witness the another episode of country's biggest motoring show, 2016 Auto Expo. Organized by SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) along with ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India) and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), 2016 Auto Expo is going to be even bigger and better. The Auto Expo will be held from February 5-9 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, whereas the Auto Component show will be held between 4-7 February at Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
Two-wheeler manufacturers such as Hero Motocorp, Yamaha India, Mahindra Two Wheelers, Suzuki Motorcycles India, Piaggio India, TVS Motors and the Triumph Motorcycles India will participate, which means the companies like Bajaj, Harley-Davidson and Royal Enfield will be missing this grand show.
Preparation of the show is going strong and will draw more than 100 exhibitors including 65 big players while the component show will see the participation of 1,500 exhibitors from 20 countries. The exhibition area of the show has been increased to 68,000 sq. mtrs from 62,000 sq. mtrs of 2014 Auto Expo. 2016 edition of Auto Expo is expected to draw the attention of over 6 lac visitors during the 5-day event, which is 20 percent higher than the previous season.
Besides leading auto manufacturers, this edition will also see the high-end bicycle and oil companies, tyre and tube manufacturers, auto design and technology companies. Food stalls will occupy the area of around 1000 sq. mtrs to cater the food requirements of exhibitors and visitors.
