Royal Enfield will showcase Flying Flea C6 electric bike
Royal Enfield will showcase its upcoming bikes at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The brand has already showcased the Classic 650, Goan Classic 350, and the Scram 440 at Motoverse last year. While the Flying Flea electric bike was shown at EICMA 2024. All these bikes are expected to be on display at the Bharat Mobility Expo, which will be held soon. Here’s a quick look at what these bikes are:
Royal Enfield Goan Classic
The Goan Classic is a laid back bike for those relaxed rides. It gets an ape-style wide handlebar, slightly forward-set foot pegs to give a relaxed riding posture and a ‘floating’ seat that is specific to the Goan Classic 350 giving it a bobber-like character. The Goan Classic is powered by the same 350cc engine from the Classic 350 and gets a slash-cut exhaust. It is available in four colours: Purple Haze, Rave Red, Shack Black and Trip Teal and is priced from Rs 2,35,000 to Rs 2,38,000 (ex-showroom, Chennai)
Royal Enfield Classic 650
The Classic 650 is the bigger-capacity sibling of the legendary Classic 350 that has been on sale for more than a decade now. The Classic 650 that was unveiled at EICMA 2024, is based on the same platform as the Interceptor 650 platform and gets the familiar 650cc engine that makes 47PS and 52 Nm, coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The Classic 650 retains the character of the Classic with its circular headlamp design, spoked wheels, circular indicators and also the similar side panels. The Royal Enfield Classic 650 is expected to be priced at Rs 3,20,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Royal Enfield Scram 440
Royal Enfield Scram 440 was unveiled at EICMA 2024. It uses the same chassis as the Scram 411 but is powered by a 443cc single-cylinder engine that should produce more power than the Scram 411. The design remains similar, with just the addition of LED headlamps and brand new colours. The seat height is 795mm and ground clearance remains the same at 200mm. It is expected to be priced at Rs 2,30,000 (ex-showroom Delhi)
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6
The Flying Flea C6 was the first Royal Enfield electric bike, and was unveiled at EICMA 2024 along with the Classic 650. Royal Enfield plans to enter the EV market with this premium offering that looks sleek, clean as well as bold. The Flying Flea derives inspiration from the original Flying Flea motorcycles used in World War 2. It is expected to have performance as that of a 250-300cc class bike and offer a laid back experience.
