Bajaj, ready to increase the Production

Bajaj, a name excelling in the world of two-wheelers and three-wheelers and is also accounting a tremendous increment in sales and profits of the company, has officially announced to increase its yearly production with a view to enlarge the number of its customers. The company currently possesses three manufacturing plants situated at Waluj and Chakan in Maharashtra and Patanagar in Uttarakhand producing 46 lakh units of the two as well as the three-wheelers annually. The enterprise is now looking forward to enhance the production level till the end of the year with an annual capacity of 50 lakh units.
The Waluj manufacturing plant in Maharashtra which till now has been providing 4.2 lakh units of three-wheelers per annum is supposed to hike its production upto 5 lakh units. Also the plant's capacity of producing the two-wheelers stand with an annual production of 15 lakh units.
The firm is right now not in a mood to enhance its two-wheeler's production at Waluj and it is kept to be the same as before, as the company officials informed. Talking of the company's investments, the Bajaj manufacturers have spend an amount of around Rs. 150 to 250 crores. The company with the increasing demands is looking forward to the maximum profits with quality products being sold to its customers.
The representative of the enterprise says, that the investment amount includes the expenses on research, modifications, replacements and new productions as well. Considering the aspect of sales of the company, it measured a total sale of 4 million units during the start of the year and the enterprise has maintained the same till now, acquiring a net profit of Rs. 682.08 crores which is 69.3% more than that of the previous year that ensures a sudden rise in the demands of the company's models.
As per the statements of the Bajaj Auto Chief Financial Officer ,Kevin Dsa, the information says that the company has targeted its motorcycle capacity to reach a height of 15 lakh units at the Plant II situated Pantnagar from that of 12 lakh units and is yet to enhance it by 18 lakh units yearly by the end of the next financial year. He also enquired that the company has been facing continuous increment in its demands and also stand upto that efficiently.
