Be Ready to Witness the Iconic Goldwing at the Auto-Expo

Honda two-wheelers are going to bring their iconic machine ‘GoldWing’ at the upcoming auto expo. Japanese manufacturer Honda has launched this machine back in November 2014 and from then it became a dream of every tourer. The bike has a unique styling and offers comfort beyond excellence. Calling it ‘the most comfortable two-wheeler yet’ won’t raise any questions as the facilities offered can be seen in the picture.

Honda Goldwing has a powerful Liquid-cooled 4-stroke 12-valve SOHC flat-6 1823 cc engine that produces a maximum power of 116.6bhp at 5,500rpm and a peak torque of 167 Nm at 4,000rpm. The bike has 5-Speed (including overdrive, plus electric reverse) mated with Hydraulically actuated clutch. Talking about dimensions, Goldwing covers more area than any other powerful machine and it is measured at 2,630 x 945 x 1,455mm (LXWXH). It also has Diamond; Triple-box-section, Aluminium Twin-Spar frame type. For a comfortable braking, the bike is equipped with 296 x 4.5mm dual hydraulic disc with Combined 3-piston calipers, ABS, floating rotors and sintered metal pads at the front, along with 316 x 11mm ventilated disc with 3-piston caliper, Combined ABS and sintered metal pads at the rear.

It became a hit from the time it came in the country but due to its heavy pricing many consumers had to give up the dream of owning it. The Honda Goldwing is priced at Rs. 31,30,725* on-road, Delhi. The bike caught all the attention at the previous expo and it won’t be a surprise to see the heads turning towards the Honda section because of this model during the upcoming auto expo.
