It has been launched as the 2021 QJMotors SRK 600 in China
QJMotors, the parent company of Benelli, has updated its middleweight naked offering, the SRK 600 (also called the Chase 600), for 2021. The updates are quite similar to what we saw on its smaller sibling, the Chase 350, and you can check it out here in our story. The 2020 model of the Chase 600 is also sold as the Benelli TNT 600 in different markets, so a similar update could be in the pipeline for the TNT 600 which is scheduled to go on sale in India in the second half of 2021. But, what all is new?
Not a lot, really. The biggest change can be seen in the bike’s aesthetics, particularly at the front. The radical 2020 Kawasaki Z1000-type headlamp has been replaced by a new MV Agusta Brutale-inspired circular LED unit. It surely isn’t as catchy as the previous setup, but according to QJMotors, there’s a huge fan base for circular headlamps in China that the brand aims to target with this update. We, for one, prefer its previous face.
Everything else has remained more or less the same as before. It still draws power from the 600cc inline-four motor that puts out 81.5PS and 55Nm. Wrapped around the motor is the same trellis frame seen on the previous model. The KYB USD fork and monoshock have also been carried forward and so have the Brembo brakes but with a new reservoir up front.

The bike is fairly feature-loaded too with a TFT display, keyless ignition, slipper clutch, a USB port, and full-LED lights.
QJMotors has priced the updated bike at 49,999 Yuan (Rs 5.70 lakh). At this price, the SRK undercuts the BS6 Kawasaki Z650, Triumph Trident 660, and the BS6 Honda CB650R. Even if import duties are taken into account, the TNT 600 could cost about Rs 7 lakh, making it the most affordable inline-four bike in India. We hope Benelli India brings it to our shores very soon as it’ll surely stir the pot, especially at a price tag of under Rs 6 lakh.
