To experience an adventurous road trip, BikeDekho Team undertook a journey from Jaipur to Mandawa, the largest heritage village of the country. The astonishing 350 kms journey was flagged off from Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur, at 8 am on Saturday 28th November 2015 with 8 riders on 4 different bikes - Bajaj Pulsar 135 (2011), Yamaha FZ 16 (2009), Honda CBR 150 (2013), and Yamaha R15 (2008).
We embarked early during twilight and on the way, we had some fun photography sessions. The route we covered was four-lane Reengus-Sikar road, which is a good smooth straight stretch and a two-lane road later on which was also in good riding conditions. Our first stop came after 70kms from the starting point and it took us just around an hour to reach there. Around 1:00 pm we reached our destination Mandawa. The village has been showcased in many famous Hindi flicks like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, PK & Highway. We checked in the hotel and had lunch after which we headed for a bit of local sightseeing. Later in the evening, we started our return journey. Overall, the most fabulous 15 hours of my life and an unforgettable trip.
