The upcoming 2024 Hero Destini 125 has been teased again and is set to launch soon. The teaser reveals many angles of the new scooter. Let’s check it out:
Looking at the teaser, the 2024 Hero Destini 125 is likely to get a proper revamp in terms of design and features. The most prominent update is the H-shaped LED DRL. Continuing with the ‘family-scooter’ theme, the design is fresh but simple and boxy.
The upcoming scooter has a long seat with an integrated backrest which can be seen in the teaser. At the front, it also sports apron-mounted turn indicators. The tail light and rear indicators have quite a modern and sleek design. We also get to see the scooter in a white paint scheme which was observed in the previous teaser as well and it gives a premium finish look.
The scooter will likely be powered by the same 124.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, producing 9.12PS and 10.4Nm. In terms of underpinnings, it will get a telescopic fork, a monoshock and 12-inch alloys with tubeless tyres. Feature-wise the scooter will support smartphone connectivity that will enable turn-by-turn navigation and call/SMS alerts.
We expect Hero MotoCorp to price the upcoming 2024 Destini 125 at approximately Rs 85,000 (ex-showroom) for the base LX variant and around Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom) for the premium Xtec variant. The 2024 Destini 125 will go head to head with other 125cc family-oriented scooters in the segment like the Suzuki Access 125, TVS Jupiter 125, and Honda Activa 125.
