Hero Honda eyes on Karnataka or Gujarat for its 4th plant

Hero Honda is said to be the largest two wheeler manufacturer in India. And now Hero Honda is all set and geared up to make an announcement about the location of its 4th manufacturing facility in some time. According to the speculations in the Indian Auto market, Hero Honda is planning to develop its manufacturing plant in either Gujarat or Karnataka.
According to the VP of sales and marketing of Hero Honda Motors India, Mr. Anil Dua, in the time frame of 2012-13, Hero Honda is planning to set up another manufacturing facility, the place will be decided in a few weeks time from now. However, Mr. Anil Dua didn’t share any other information regarding the production capacity or the investment that would be done in the fourth manufacturing unit.
He said that, Hero Honda Motors India will soon make an official announcement about the details of the fourth plant, as soon as the firm takes a final decision. In the month of April, Hero Honda has made an announcement for a capex of around Rs. 800 Crore and it is speculated that majority of this amount will be invested in setting up the fourth manufacturing unit.
Rumor has it that Hero Honda 4th manufacturing plant will be either in Karnataka or Gujarat. However, no concrete decision has been made on this till now. Hero Honda is a known two wheeler maker in the country and people have always been appreciated and loved by all. Many bikes, such as Hero Honda Splendor Plus, Hero Honda Karizma and Hero Honda Hunk the most popular bikes in the country manufactured by Hero Honda Motors.
The fourth manufacturing facility of Hero Honda will surely boost up the volume of its vehicles to a great level and will offer its consumers with more units per year.
