Hero Honda sold 4.67 lakh bikes in Jan

Hero Honda Motors Ltd (HHML), the world's numero uno two wheeler maker has reported 4.67 units sales of bikes in the month of January 2011. The Hero Honda CD Deluxe, Hero Honda Splendor, Hero Honda Passion and Hero Honda Karizma are the most selling bikes by the company that really contributing in company's growing sales chart.

The total sales of the Hero Honda bikes in the month of January 2011 is 4,66,524 which is 20 percent more against the same month of year 2010 with total sold units of 3,89,802 bikes. In the period of April to January 2011, the company sold out 44,14,537 units as compared to 38,03,396 units in the corresponding period of 2010.

As per official reports, the company is getting good response from market and January 2011 has seen excellent sales. The company has recorded over five lakh units sales in the month of October & December 2010 which was great success for the company and now the company is working to pump the bikes. Moreover, this is the 9 th repetition of selling over 4 lakh bikes in a month by the firm.

Hero Honda is the India's largest bike company which is organising many programs to promote the bikes and has recently announced the launch of a Video Game on the occasion of upcoming Cricket World Cup. The name of the game is Karizma ZMR Cricket Championship. As we know Hero Honda is the Global Partner of ICC, its championship will be held in the 75 cities of India, Colombo in Sri Lanka and Dhaka in Bangladesh. The company will give away Victory Lap prize to 28 finalists.
