Hero Honda to be probably known as Hero Moto soon

As of now Hero Honda is buzzing the market with so many enhanced and improved bike models, such as Hero Honda Karizma ZMR, Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme, Hero Honda Hunk, Glamour and so on. But now Hero Honda will no more be Hero Honda. Get ready to bid good bye to Hero Honda and say Hello to Hero Moto! According to the grapevine, this bike manufacturer is all set to change its name to Hero Moto!

In recent times, the Hero Group had a split from the Japan’s top two wheeler manufacturer Honda.  As a result, this is the main reason to change the name. However, Hero group has already applied for the name “Hero Moto” to ROC (Registrar of Companies). If this name is not taken by anyone else, Hero is likely to go with this new name. Therefore, after the changed name, the products will be prefixed with the new name, such as Hero Honda Karizma ZMR will be known as Hero Moto Karizma ZMR, Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme will be known as Hero Moto CBZ Xtreme and so on.

It is time for the Hero Group to go through the entire re-branding procedure. More money has to be invested in this re-branding process. It is speculated that around Rs. 200 Crore will be spent in this process. It is being said that this whopping outlay will certainly play a critical role in company’s export market tactic. New markets for Hero Group products include some African nations, Latin America and many others.  The name change however, will take around 2 months. This delay is because the firm needs to have a yes as an answer for the name change process. So, bid final good bye to Hero Honda and get ready to give a warm welcome to Hero Moto.
