Hero Mavrick 440 Deliveries Begin

Customers in Gurgaon are the first to receive the bike

Hero has begun deliveries of the recently launched Hero Mavrick 440, with the bikes being handed over to customers by Pawan Munjal, executive chairman, Hero MotoCorp at the Hero Primea Showroom in Gurgaon. 

The Mavrick 440 is offered in 3 variants: Base, Mid, and Top. The Base variant comes at a price of Rs 1,99,000, whereas the Mid variant costs Rs 2,14,000. The Hero Mavrick is powered by the same 440cc air-/oil-cooled 2-valve single-cylinder engine used on the Harley-Davidson X440. But the engine on the Mavrick delivers 27Ps at 6000rpm and 36Nm at 4000rpm, which is 2Nm less than the Harley X440.

It competes with other retro and neo-retro offerings in the market such as the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa 42, Honda H’ness CB350 and Yezdi Roadster.
