It’s launched in a ‘phygital’ avatar
Hero MotoCorp, India’s top two-wheeler manufacturer, has announced that its resale platform ‘Wheels of Trust’ is now available in a ‘phygital’ (yeah, that’s a term that Hero has coined and is self-explanatory) avatar.
You can now get the valuation of your two-wheeler from the comfort of your smartphone, and the best thing with Wheels of Trust is that you can obtain the valuation of your two-wheeler irrespective of its brand.
It is similar to what Mahindra has set up with First Choice or what Maruti Suzuki has done with True Value. With it, Hero aims to strengthen its footprint in the used two-wheeler segment.
What Is ‘Wheels Of Trust?’
Wheels of Trust has been established as a DIY (do-it-yourself) two-wheeler resale website accessible to customers on their phones or computers. Hero has partnered with over 900 channel partners who will assist the customers. The platform has already helped more than five lakh customers till now; and now in its phygital avatar, it will make things easier for customers to get their two-wheelers valued through the website.

How To Get Your Two-wheeler Valued?
Once on the website (wheelsoftrust.com), you need to fill in the state, city, type of two-wheeler, manufacturer, model number and registration month and year. The website will then ask you some questions related to the condition of the motorcycle, after which you’ll soon be able to get the valuation.
With this, Hero has made the process of exchanging your two-wheeler a whole lot easier. You can now exchange your two-wheeler just with a couple of clicks, instead of going through what was previously a rather tiresome process.
In a related development, the upcoming Hero XPulse 200T 4V was spotted again, this time with better performance and a fresh face.
