HMSI Organised a PUC Check-Up Camp for Two-Wheelers

On the occasion of National Pollution Control day, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) organised a free PUC check-up for all two-wheelers in the country with an aim to support 'Green Consumerism'. This check-up was held across the Honda’s various dealerships in the country.
Under this campaign, Honda inspected the emission levels of all two-wheeled machines at NO Cost. Along with PUC check-up, the company also spread knowledge about the regular maintenance and made them aware regarding the benefits of a periodic vehicle checkup that helps to reduce the carbon emissions. HMSI also demanded the riders to contribute towards a pollution free environment.

On the event, Keita Muramatsu, President and CEO, HMSI, stated, "Preserving the environment is among the top priorities for us at Honda. We are committed to 30 percent CO2 reduction by the end of 2020. We are actively contributing to build a greener tomorrow. In line with our vision of 'Blue skies for our children', this day is focused on creating awareness of how consumers can by reducing, reusing and recycling. This can not only help in reducing carbon footprints but also add up to the larger cause of environment preservation. By activating the campaign through our entire dealership network, we are excited to reach out to maximum two-wheeler customers and magnify the campaign's impact."
The company has been very active in raising social awareness and always take initiatives about the road safety and environmental protection programs.
