At the event, when Bajaj Auto got a chance to showcase its creations, it literally blew the senses of the crowd. Two ultimate machines from the same Pulsar family were standing on the pavilion. Bajaj took the event as an opportunity to unveil its brilliant products, Pulsar SS400 and CS400, for the country. Now, India has its own super-sport and cruiser-sport bikes and all thanks to Bajaj Auto.

Introduced for a healthier competition with the other two-wheeler manufacturers, who are also charging slowly-and-gradually for the mid-weight plus entry level performance bike segment in the Indian market. Bajaj, being an Indian manufacturer, knows the conditions of the roads here, so it has designed these bikes to make them easily adaptable as per the needs of the Indian customers. It's the first time for the company to launch its product in a high-end bike segment. As it has resources from KTM and Kawasaki, its partners from international market that has helped it to grow vastly throughout the journey, it will be easy for the company to outshine in the market.

Bajaj Pulsar SS400 and CS400 are the far cousins of KTM Duke 390, technically. However, Bajaj has taken the designing work in its hands to make it more appealing for the Indian customers. The engine of the machines are a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled engine that displaces 373.2cc. It is a superb mill that will be producing the maximum power of around 40bhp. The engine is very powerful and potent, which is the most attractive part of the bike.

Pulsar SS400 is a super-sport bike with full fairing and an amazing designing. The rear wide tyre, day running lights, step-up seat, mono-suspension, unique alloy wheels, disc brake at both the ends, LED Taillight, digital plus analog instrumentation, etc. are some of its standard features. The bike maker has also incorporated Anti-lock brake system for superior safety of the rider.

Bajaj Pulsar CS400 is a machine made for stunt performer, it has got the power and agility to perform all your acts. For all the people out there who were waiting for an affordable mini beast, this is the perfect machine to fulfill your dreams. The bike has got an all digital instrumentation, speedometer is mounted on the tank of the machine, while the tachometer, fuel gauge and other indicators are present on the handlebars. ABS is also loaded to the bike to make it more promising to the riders.

The company might bring Bajaj Pulsar SS400 above the price point of Rs. 1.75 lakh and CS400 above Rs. 1.5 lakh. Bajaj is expected to keep the prices attractive, keeping in mind the need of the domestic market. A bright future of the company is expected with the launch of these best-in-class machines.
