Kawasaki dealerships have rolled out attractive offers on some of the company’s popular models including the Ninja 1000, Versys 650, Vulcan S and the Z900. Under the benefits, buyers can choose between an interest-free EMI (for a one-year loan tenure only) offer or free accessories. And unlike most year-end offers and discounts, these offers on Kawasaki motorcycles can be availed till 28 February 2019.
Kawasaki Versys 650The Versys 650 is available with an interest-free EMI offer. However, note that the zero per cent interest rate will only apply for a loan tenure of upto 1 year. In fact, the interest rate varies as per the loan tenure chosen (see table below). Alternatively, buyers can opt for free accessories instead. Under this offer, accessories worth Rs 29,000 are being given away for free with the motorcycle. The 2019 Kawasaki Versys 650 was launched in October this year at a price of Rs 6.69 lakh (ex-showroom India). The adventure bike is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled motor that churns out 69PS of power and 64Nm of torque. Primary competitors of the Kawasaki include the Suzuki V-Strom 650XT and the upcoming Benelli TRK 502.
Kawasaki Vulcan SThe 650cc cruiser from Kawasaki gets an interest-free EMI option as well. While the zero per cent rate is offered only for 1-year loan tenures, longer tenures get lower than normal rates (refer to the table below). Instead of the finance schemes, buyers can also opt for free accessories worth Rs 27,500, which is equivalent to the interest savings. The Kawasaki Vulcan S is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that produces 61PS of power and 63Nm of torque. It is priced at Rs 5.48 lakh for the black variant and Rs 5.58 lakh for the orange variant (both prices, ex-showroom India). While the Harley Davidson Street 750 is its main competitor, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 does offer a more affordable alternative.
Kawasaki Z900The powerful four-cylinder naked motorcycle from Kawasaki is being offered with an interest-free EMI option, wherein buyers can save upto Rs 37,000. As with the above two bikes, the zero per cent interest rate is only limited to a 1-year loan tenure (see below table for more). Instead of the attractive finance schemes, buyers can choose to ride home on the Z900 with free accessories worth Rs 37,000. The Kawasaki Z900 is powered by a 948cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine that churns out 125PS of power and 98Nm of torque. Priced at Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom India), it goes head to head with the Suzuki GSX-S750, the Triumph Street Triple S and the Ducati Monster 797.
Kawasaki Ninja 1000The recently launched 2019 Ninja 1000 is available with a zero per cent interest rate as well. And like other bikes here, the interest-free EMIs are only applicable for 1-year loan tenures. Buyers who don’t want to go for finance can instead opt for free accessories worth Rs 44,000. One of the most affordable supersports in the country today, the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 is powered by a 1,043cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine that produces 142PS of peak power and 111Nm of peak torque. It is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom India) and competes with the Suzuki GSX-S1000F and the Ducati SuperSport.
The contents of the accessories offered with each bike are at the sole discretion of Kawasaki and its dealerships. All offers are valid till 28 February 2019 for now but Kawasaki may extend the deadline further
