The Japanese auto maker, Kawasaki, has slashed the price of its mid-weight performance motrcycle- Z800 in India by Rs. 55,000. Now, the naked sport bike comes with a price tag of Rs. 7.35 lakh instead of 7.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune). Where most of the auto makers in India have increased prices due to excise duty hike, this price cut can be a great opportunity for both the customers and the company. However, the offer is valid till the end of March 2015.
The reason of this huge discount is the Kawasaki Z800 comes to India from Thailand via CBU route and the prices of the bike has been slashed in Thailand recently. So, the company decided to give that benfit to its Indian customers as well. Other superbike models of the company in India comes from its Japanese facility, hence they are not benefited with this price reduction.
Kawasaki Z800 is one of the finest street fighter machines in the mid-weight performance category.
