The LED headlight-equipped model is likely to command a premium of around Rs 4,000 over the outgoing version

Just after we’d recently reported the arrival of the 2023 LED headlight-equipped KTM 200 Duke, the bike now has started reaching dealerships. The LED Headlight will be the same unit seen on the 250 Duke and 390 Duke, and as per our sources, it will command a premium of Rs 4,000 over the outgoing bike which costs Rs 1,92,845 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The 200 Duke is quite a popular model in the KTM lineup, and even though the bike was overhauled in 2017, its halogen headlight didn’t feel as premium compared to its bigger sibling. But with this update, the bike is now more wholesome than ever. The bike also complies with the latest BS6.2 emission norms, and is E20-compatible as well. Apart from that there are no changes to the bike mechanical or otherwise. The bike still retains its peppy 200cc liquid-cooled engine producing 25 PS and 19.3 Nm. And continues to carry its safety features like standard dual-channel ABS.

The update also might be an initiative by KTM to clear the existing stock of the Duke lineup before the new gen model arrives. Check out the 2023 390 Duke’s spy shots here.
