KTM India Confirms RC 125 Launch

The upcoming motorcycle is likely to be priced at Rs 1.4 lakh

• KTM India has shared a teaser on its social media handle confirming the launch of the RC 125.
• We spotted the motorcycle on the outskirts of Pune recently.
• It is going to be powered by the same 125cc mill as seen on the 125 Duke.

If you were waiting for the new KTM RC 125, we have good news for you. KTM India has shared a teaser of the upcoming bike on its official social media account, confirming that the baby RC will be launching soon.

The new teaser confirms that the upcoming motorcycle will share the same design language as its bigger cousins, the RC 200 and the RC 390. However, the new RC 125 will get an all-new orange and black paint scheme. Specific details about the upcoming RC 125 are still limited, but we expect it to be powered by the same 124.7cc single-cylinder powerplant as the 125 Duke, where it makes 14.5PS and 12Nm. The new RC 125 is likely to feature the same WP suspension units at either end (43mm USD fork with 125mm travel up front and a monoshock at the rear).

As far as the price is concerned, the new RC 125 is likely to retail at Rs 1.4 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It will go head to head with the mighty Yamaha R15 V3.0. This is still a developing story, so stay tuned to BikeDekho for more updates.
