While the brand name might be unheard of for many of us, Loncin has been MV Agusta’s partner since 2019
When it comes to mockery, no one does it quite like the Chinese. We’ve come across various bikes that have been cloned from already existing models. For reference, the Harley Davidson Diet Bob. Contrary enough, this time it’s a rather authentic piece, the 2021 Loncin Voge 500AC.
Owing to its partnership with MV Agusta, the Voge 500AC sports a clean neo-retro design. It gets an LED headlight with DRLs and is flanked by LED turn indicators. Keeping up with the current standards, the Voge 500 also gets a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. Overall styling is likeable and one just can’t miss the Triumph Trident influence.

The bike runs on a cleaner Euro5-compliant 471cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled motor, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine pumps out 48PS and 43Nm. The underpinnings remain unchanged. Loncin continues to suspend the Voge 500AC on an USD front fork and a rear monoshock. Braking hardware comprises dual petal discs upfront and single disc at rear.
While it’s certainly not heading to our nation, the Voge will compete against the Honda CB500 lineup, Benelli Leoncino 500 and a few more bikes in its home country. Loncin has set the pricing for the Voge 500AC at CNY 34,980 (approximately Rs 4.02 lakh), and that’s not a very high asking price for the package on offer.
