Mahindra Mojo Price Increased by Rs. 5000

Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd. launched its highly anticipated quarter litre motorcycle, Mojo on October 15, 2015, with an introductory price of Rs. 1.58 lac. At the time of launch, the company said that the price is valid till Diwali and will be revised later. Now, sticking to its word, the company has increased the price by Rs. 5000, and the bike now costs Rs. 1.63 lac, (ex-showroom Delhi). However, the prices will not be applicable for the ones who had booked the motorcycle before Diwali.
With the launch of Mojo, MTWL (Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd) is expecting to have an increase in its market share. This quarter litre streetfighter is equipped with 295cc, single-cylinder engine, which is mated to 6-speed gearbox, delivering the power output of 27 bhp and the peak torque of 30Nm. It can reach the maximum speed of 147kmph. The company has not ignored the safety perspective and offered with 320mm disc at up front and 240mm disc at the rear side. Its suspension system consists of telescopic forks at the front and the offset mono shock absorber at the rear. The instrument console of the bike features digital speedometer with fuel gauge, dual trip metre and the analogue tachometer.

The company has used Pirelli Diablo II tyres for this machine, which is first in the segment. It is available in three colour options - Glacier White, Charcoal Black and Volcano Red. The bike features a set of Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres, which is again first in its league. The bike directly rivals against KTM 200 Duke and Honda CBR250R.
