Looks like a Triumph Street Twin but costs just half of it
French two-wheeler brand Mash has introduced another member to its 650cc family and classic bike portfolio in the form of the 650 Six Hundred.
The Mash 650 Six Hundred has an even blend of old-school design and modern tech. Design elements like chopped fenders, slender end cans, brown leather on the seat and handgrips, and a substantial amount of chrome scream retro. It even gets a round headlamp with a couple of vertically stacked projectors and LED DRLs. The overall styling is reminiscent of the Triumph Street Twin.
It’s powered by a 644cc single-cylinder motor, with a peak power of 40PS rated at 6,000rpm. The long-stroke motor dishes out 50Nm of peak torque at revs as low as 4,500rpm, thereby offering plenty of bottom and mid-range grunt. It’s mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Even the suspension setup on the Mash 650 is pretty conventional: a 41mm gaitered telescopic fork and dual rear shocks. The braking department is handled by a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS.
It gets a 780mm seat height, which means shorter riders should be comfortable as well. It rolls on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels with dual-purpose tyres. The entire package weighs in at 182kg kerb
Priced at EUR 5,178 (approximately Rs 4.56 lakh), the Mash 650 SIx Hundred will be offered in two colours: Irish Green and Night Blue. Currently, Mash operates primarily in European countries and has no intentions of sailing to Indian shores. However, if you are looking for a classic middleweight motorcycle, we recommend you check out the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.
