MotoGP coming to India in just two years

MotoGP World Championship might be organised in India by the year 2012. MotoGP is the world's famous bike racing programme which is organising in developed countries but now India might see it within two years.

 

Jaypee Sports International a venture of Jaypee group is interested to organise this championship in India and is in talk with Madri-based Dorna. Dorna is the exclusive holder of all commercial and TV right of the MotoGP world Championship. After added in the F1 race calendar, MotoGP is attracting Indians and is hoping they would be added in upcoming 2 years.

 

According to Jaypee Sports International officials, the company is to host both F1 and MotoGP racing programme and working to build race tracks. The 125cc bikes will participate in the race and Ten 10 racing team also developed. It is expected that Yamaha, Mahindra, Honda and Suzuki bikes might be used in this race.

 

Already Mahindra Two wheeler has confirmed participation in the race with its 125cc bike. And before the launch of its Mahindra Mojo in India, the bike has been tested on the race track of Italy.
