Italian motorcycle maker, MV Agusta has unveiled its 2016 Brutale 800 through a new teaser ahead of its official launch during the 2015 EICMA Show in Milan. The video showcases the bike is assembled at the Varese factory of the company.
The new Brutale 800 features the ‘800’ badging, which clearly means that the bike does not have any changes in the engine. The company has put more focus on making the bike more streamlined and aerodynamic. The fuel tank, exhaust pipes, headlamp and the tail lamp are redesigned to offers aggressive look to the motorcycle. The new aluminium subframe helped to cut down a significant amount of weight. The tail section of the bike now features void just below the riding seat, which is borrowed from the Turismo Veloce sports tourer. The rear foot pegs along with vents and ducts are repositioned.
Coming to the power, 2016 Brutale 800 is powered by 798cc, a three-pot engine that churns out the power output of 123 bhp and the peak torque of 81 Nm. The bike is using the similar brake set-up and suspension of 2015 model. Though, the bike does not offer many changes in the power performance, but we can expect the 2016 MV Agusta Brutale 800 to boast refined electronic package. Further details of the bike can only be known once it will be revealed officially later this month.
