New Bajaj Avenger 200 might be launched by the end of 2015

Since its inception in 2005, Bajaj Avenger is the only cruiser motorcycle offered in the budget segment in India. Although, Bajaj is known for the regularly updated products, but Avenger didn't recieved much updates due the absence of any competitor. However, now the company seems to give some mojor updates to the motorcycle, might be due to the upcoming rivals in the market. This new Bajaj Avenger is expected to be introduced by the end of 2015.

Do not expect dramatic changes in the terms of styling of the Bajaj Avenger, however there will be herds of changes in technology and in that regard, it will be a totally new motorcycle. Instead of the air-cooled, 220cc engine, it will be powered by the new 200cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine, which is powering the new 200cc Pulsar models (200 NS, RS 200 and AS 200). The new motor is smaller in displacement, however, puts out 5bhp more than the current one. Apart from this, the advance mill uses new technologies like triple spark DTS-i, which also helps to achieve better fuel efficiency.

Bajaj can intruoduced some other modern equipment as well in the new Avenger like a new console, DRL, LED tail lamp, better brakes, new wheels, advanced suspension set-up and more. If the bike will get get all these upgrades, we can also see a good price jump on the bike and it could be placed between price bracket of Rs. 90,000 to 95,000.
