One More Motorsport Event For Indian Bike Lovers

The Cricketing fever in India seems not going to be end even after the completion of the world cup. Surprised! don't be. We are talking about Motorsports League that would be based on Indian Premier League.

 

Indian Motorsports League will be started very soon in India. It will be new battle of motorcycles and world's most-popular racers will participate in it. As we are seeing world's cricketer in the WCC, so lots of foreigner bikers will be riding their super bikes to this new kind of league.

 

The Indian Motorsports League will be organised in different cities across India. The ground work for the event has been on from last three years and this year it will be held in 5 cities of India. To make it a big event, around 300 million dollar will be invested in upcoming 3 years, this event will be organised almost 20 cities across the country.

 

As per racing rules, only one seater bikes can participate in the event; most of superbikes are better fitted for these kind of races. The Indian superbikes such as Honda bikes, Kawasaki bikes, Suzuki bikes, Yamaha bikes, Harley Davidson bikes, Hyosung bikes, etc would be excepted in the race.

 

The craze of world class event is increasing in India day by day and Formula 1 will also add some flavour that is going to be organised in India this year while MotoGP motorcycle race will be held in the year of 2012.

 

It is expected that Honda CBR 250R, Kawasaki Ninja 250R, TVS Apache 180 ABS, Bajaj Pulsar 220 may be taken for this event along with superbikes such as Suzuki GSXR, Honda CBR 1000RR, Yamaha R 1, Hyosung GT 650R etc.
