Revolt RV400 Sold Out In Ahmedabad And Hyderabad

In Hyderabad, bookings for the first batch of RV400 were closed in just 24 hours!

It seems everyone wants to switch to electric two-wheelers as Revolt has announced that its first batch of RV400 has been sold out within 24 hours of opening bookings in the city of Hyderabad! Meanwhile in Ahmedabad, the RV400 was sold out within three days.
The electric startup offers the RV400 via one Revolt Hub in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills and two in Ahmedabad - Naroda and Himalaya Mall. The company has also announced that it has managed to bring down the RV400’s waiting period from the previous five months to three months. Deliveries will commence in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad by mid-June.
The Revolt RV400 and RV300 are already available in Delhi and Pune. With the electric motorcycles now available in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, Chennai is next on the cards. Future expansion plans include cities like NCR, Bengaluru, and Nagpur. Know more about Revolts’s expansion plans here.

The Revolt RV300 and RV400 are the only electric motorcycles currently available in India. The motorcycles get removable batteries that can be swapped at Revolt Switch outlets. During the launch, Revolt had announced free battery swaps till 31 December 2019. That deadline has now been extended to 31 March 2020.
The RV300 gets a 1.5kW electric motor and a 2.7KWh lithium-ion battery pack that helps it achieve a top speed of 65kmph and offer a range of 180km in eco mode. The RV400, on the other hand, gets a larger 3kW electric motor and a 3.24KWh lithium-ion battery pack. Top speed is rated at 80kmph while the claimed range is 150km. Meanwhile, Revolt is also working on an electric cafe racer for those looking for a more stylish motorcycle.
