Revolta Brings UFO electric scooter to Delhi Auto Expo; Launch in 2017

For many UFO means “Unidentified Flying Objects” but that is not what we are talking about, here, UFO stands for Urban Fun Object. It is an urban mobility electric two-wheeler developed and showcased by the Revolta motors at 2016 Indian Auto Expo. The company stated through the spec sheet of the vehicle that it will be hitting Indian shores in 2017.

The eco-friendly electric scooter is powered by a 3kw high torque rear hub motor, which in turn gets its power from a Lithium-ion battery pack with Integrated Digital battery management system. With a fully charged battery, the UFO can attain a top speed of 70kmph with a decent range of 80kms. The battery can also be detached for remote charging and giving convenience to the rider. The company has integrated the vehicle with a digital instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity.

The UFO from Revolta has been equipped with a disc brake at the front along with a rear drum brake for easy and effective braking. The body design is plain and simple and the scooter looks very lightweight. This would benefit the female riders. With the growing problems regarding air pollution, another benefit of this vehicle is that the UFO can definitely ease out your jobs without being hefty on the pockets.
