Roadster Clothing Launches New MotoGP Collection

It is the first time an Indian brand has collaborated with MotoGP to launch a special edition clothing collection

Myntra is one of the top outdoor lifestyle brands in the country. The company, under the Roadster banner, has launched the special edition Roadster MotoGP clothing collection and is the first brand from India to have an exclusive collaboration with MotoGP.

The Roadster MotoGP collection clothing range consists of jackets, denims, shirts and t-shirts which are aimed at the biking community. The collection has been brought together after extensive research was carried out to make sure the needs of bikers are fulfilled with the use of premium quality fabric and exceptional style, comfort, and protection. The special-edition clothing complements the true spirit of the FIM MotoGP World Championship.

Speaking about the association with MotoGP, Gunjan Soni, chief marketing officer and head of international brands business, Myntra said: “By becoming the first Indian clothing brand to partner with MotoGP - the world’s premier motorcycling championship, we hope to abide by Roadster’s fiery attitude to evocate relentless oomph. The jackets are abrasion resistant and are equipped with air vents and accordion panels to allow easy movement. The jackets also feature detachable thermal inner linings, making them a versatile fit for all weather conditions. Easy access pockets and adjustable straps have been provided to allow quick storage of biking gear and snug fit for the rider respectively.

On the other hand, the denim riding pants have been designed and stitched with hand-discharged indigo fabric with a unique amount of stretch and resilience. Apart for the jackets and denims, the collection also features cotton t-shirts and shirts designed to absorb moisture keeping the rider comfortable. The shirts have been dyed in luminous paint which absorbs ambient light and glows in the dark.

The special-edition Roadster MotoGP riding jackets are priced at Rs 10,000 while the denim riding pants have been priced starting from Rs 3499 up to Rs 3799. T-shirts and shirts are available from a starting price of Rs 900 and Rs 2599 respectively.
